Candice won the title of D.M.A's Miss Dance of Western New York in 2005, followed by the national title of Miss Dance of America in 2006. In 2005 Candice also received the City of Brampton’s Arts Acclaim Award. Her dance accolades also include: company member of Dallas Black Dance Theater; cast member with Holland America Cruise Line Dancing with the Stars at Sea; performing with The Pointer Sisters through the West Coast Dance Explosion competition; performing at the opening game for the Charlotte Knight AAA baseball team; and competing with the American dance team at the World Dance Championship in Italy. Candice is a member of the Royal Academy of Dance and holds her British Association of Teachers of Dancing certificate in Stage (jazz, tap and acrobatics).

The Lion King marks Candice's West End debut.
